Score: keeping made simple 1.2.0

Score provides users with the option to choose between two types of scoreboards: tabulated and paneled.

• Tabulated scoreboards are ideal for displaying the score history, especially useful during multiple rounds of scoring.
• Paneled scoreboards are best suited for straightforward single-increment scoring, eliminating the need for a number pad to input scores.
